What is Negabolity?

A false positive, where the sum is not equal to the whole. Any negative thing that can or cannot be quantified, measured, put in a bucket, or stacked. Something out of whack, or in the wrong whack to begin with.
1. Bush's speech was full of negabolity.
2. Bear Stearns investment portfolio was negabolity.
3. My boss was immersing the entire office in his negabolity.
