What is Negaucheiation?

Left-handed negotiating. Usually "negotiators" have
most or all of the power. There's a word in Spanish,
"recatado". It's the same as "demure", only now I'm
embarassed.
I tried to negaucheiate with my boss, the woman
superintendent. I told her, look, I'll clean the
kitchen or the bathroom, con mucho gusto, as long
as I don't have to clean the attic.
