To have the audacity of a Negro person, or Afro-American person. Effrontery or insolence; shameless boldness in the manner of a black person. Term first know to have been used in the lyrics of the Afro-American rap artist known as Ludacris.

When the black girl started screaming in the restaurant over her nail having been broken by the 'Ignorant Waitress,' the rest of the peaceful customers thought, 'I cannot believe she has the negrodacity to cause a scene like that!'
