What is Neighba?

A racially appropriate "N-word" alternative for white people to use when referring to their peers.
-First used at the University of Akron's Brown Street Dormitory circa 2001.
-Coined and used by local Cleveland rap sensation "2LOW" on their debut album "100% Haterproof" after much dissension when demo songs on the all white rap trio's EP actually used the N-word.
"Damn neighba, I'm hungry too!"
