The area of, or near, one's genitalia.
(If someone were to put their foot by your balls, you would say:)
"Girl, get your foot out from my neighborhood!"
(If someone comes to close to your balls:)
"Hey! You kids should play in your OWN neighborhood!"

The incorrect spelling of the word neighbourhood. Since us Americans are fond of chopping letters off for no good reason, we ended up with wrongly-spelled words, "neighborhood' for example.
Kid 1: LIEK U SPELD NEIGHBORHOOD WRONG
Kid 2: It's neighbourhood, you fucking idiot
