What is Neighbs?

Upon completion of packing a bowl of weed, rolling a blunt, etc., the individual uttering "neighbs" (short for neighbor) claims second in line, as well as the direction of passing. It is similar to calling "fives" or "shotgun" in that it is a way of claiming something before someone else does.
"Blunt's ready. Time to go to the loony bin."
"Neighbs."
"Fuck now I'm last."
"Haha cocksucker."

The "college version" of a neighbor. A group of wonderful people, living in the same hall, who like to do homework, be part of a secret club, and get wasted.
The students living in the suites 440's and 430's in hall 17 spend much time together because they are neighbs.
