A common term used by linguistically challenged african americans, attempting to use the word nigga . Often the female side , usually an attempt to insult one's enemy or sometimes a close friend in a situation which words are barely understandable but have simple meaning. And when in a hurry, if you say nigga fast enough with a your mouth slighty open, the word nigga will sound very much like nekra.
