What is Nemo Kid?

Somebody who doesn't link to the typical Emo, Goth, Scene, Punk, Chav or anything else.
They have to be pretty crazy, dress like a scene (lots of colour and craziness) Can be mistaken for scene kids.
Also have a love of music. (pretty much all types)
"You know Alice, she listens to her mp3 all the time and is a total nutter, she dresses like a rainbow aswell."
