This is the type of language spoken by most rappers and other ignorant people who can't seem to speak normal, clear sounding english. Also referred to as 'Nigga-english'.
English: Hey Julio, would you like to go rob the local liquor store? I am currently in posession of a firearm for persuasion purposes.
Nenglish: Aye Nigga, yeah nigga I be talkinz ta you! We fittinz ta hit-a-lik on dat licka-sto real soon! I gotz me a fo-five on da hip ta blast a nigga if dey be actin a foo!
