What is Neo-noob?

A neo-noob is a person in this modern time that has the ability to learn more about a computer, yet doesn't because he/she is too damn lazy. They tend to ask other people the simplist questions about computers and forget it as soon as someone fixes their computer.
A thirty year old friend called me asking how to renew his IP address, and I dubbed him a neo-oob.
