What is Nernie?

the act of punching another in the boob. primarily done with in a gender. i.e. girls give other girls nernies and boys give other boys nernies. in the case that this rule is broken, such acts can be considered sexual harassment.
i had my hands in my pockets and therefore couldn't defend myself against her nernie attack.
