Named after the famous chemist Walther Nernst. Describes someone or something with vast scientific knowledge and/or devastating good looks.

"Dude, that's the nernstiest chick I've ever seen!"

Someone with a wide variety of ubergooberian technical knowledge who is also rather fetching, preferably mustachioed can be called 'nernsty'.
