To have placed upon your eye sockets the scrotum of a neutered animal. Most often performed by a cat while one is sleeping.
Can be used as both a noun and a verb.
Noun: "That cat just placed his neuggles on Bob Barker's face!"
Verb: "Every morning I get neuggled by my freaking cat. I suppose that's better than wearing cat
noggles ."
