A person or persons who are involved in the use of psychedelic drugs, such as LSD or psilocybin mushrooms, in order to expand their mind and push the boundaries of their mind beyond consciousness and beyond the world of the senses.
Timothy Leary was considered to be one of the most influential neuronauts because of his experience and research with psychedelics.
