What is Never Cashed?

Describing a bowl of reefer that is not ready to be dumped. Even if there is only one more hit left to be had. Usually happens while in rotation before the bowl gets to me. Taking the absolute last hit and blowing the smoke out to prove that there was still something left.
Charles: Dude, this bowl is cashola!
Me: Wait wait wait, lemme see it. Dude, this bowl is never cashed!
ME: *blows out good amount of smoke, thus getting higher*
Charles: Wow, you were right. Lemme hit that.
