New Castle is a very small and beautiful town in Northern Delaware. The people are friendly, the houses are ancient and gorgeous, and the history is quite interesting. I dont know who says it is a "shitty" town, because it isnt. There are drugs EVERYWHERE, its not right to point out New Castle as the top notch. People from New Castle may seem trashy to you but it is just because you are intimidated by them

MAMA GINAS AT THE FARMERS MARKET. and battery park isnt the only nice sitting area, THE GREEN is also a great place to sit down and just chill.
