What is New England Tech?

New England Tech, short for New England Institute of Technology is a tech/trade school located in Warwick, RI. Well known for its 'get it done quick' degree programs, the allure of NEIT is mainly focused on older people who want to change their lives, young high school grads who hate school and are forced to go somewhere (obviously picking NEIT because it only takes a year and a half to get an associates), and former convicts. If you are the type of person who wants the great American college life....don't come here. You will have the social life of a garbage man. Nobody likes eachother, people openly smoke pot next to the Library, and about 90% of the college community is or has been in rehab. The president of the College is a "green freak" recently renaming the school to "Americas Green College". He drives a gas guzzling Range Rover. The female to male attendance ratio is about 1-2000. You won't meet the love of your life here, unless its a crazy automotive kid...which there are plenty of. But all in all, we welcome NEIT's hostile takeover of the land in East Greenwich formerly known as the Rocky Hill Flea Market. RIP.
