New Hippies or Neo-Hippies are basically the same as the hippies of the 60's. They are politically educated, read the news, protest the war to a certain degree, and experiment with drugs (from MJ to LSD). They are simply more modernized then the 60's hippie, but share the same loving ideas

I'm going to the capital to protest the war this saturday. come be a new hippie with me!
