the inhabiters of the region of Greater Manchester, i.e. Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Oldham etc, due to the Thatcher government changing the region around and moving things together. unlike the Liam Hallager impersinating idiot on the stret who over mancs things as well as the thuggish scallies that roam the streets, hanging around on street corners and asking people for 20p. a more friendly, hospitable northener with high hygenic morals and a more down to earth outlook on life, however can still be complete arse holes to southeners when they want to be.
