1. A person, or group of persons who take pleasure in flaunting themselves (and their pictures), and broadcasting them over the world wide web.

2. The overuse of phrases such as 'lol' and 'rawr' whilst not on the internet.

3. The use of emoticons out of context would make one a new-gen.

4. Has tacky Chavtendencies to purposefully dumb oneself down- and/or constantly misspell words.

5. Complete myspacer / bebolian / facebooker/ interweb jock or otherwise wannabe.

6. Someone with no GCSE's/standard qualifications or prospects to get them.

A typical new-gen myspace or msn conversation would continue as follows:
