A New-Looker is pretty much self-explantory, it is a girl who lives in New look clothes. This doesnt include some of the cooler more unique clothes and shoes new-look stocks it is usually, a faded denim skirt, black or white pumps, a white t-shirt, black cropped cardigan and a long silver necklace with some kind of beading at the bottom.
