An evolved Human, who has either been through intense emotional hardships, or has been judged by forces he cannot comprehend. These "Newtypes" are known to have a taint of insanity, super-human reaction time, perception and pre-cognitive abilities. They are to be feared by all who come across them.

A Japanese (and now English) monthly periodical covering the latest from the front of anime. Usually seen with dirty anime freaks. Very expensive ($8-$9), but for all the postcards, posters, and DVD previews, some say it is worth it.
