Not Going Out CHewing! That moment before you leave a restauarant kitchen to serve food and have to pause and finish eating, before going onto the restaurant floor. Pronounced "noshing".
Karen was about to leave the kitchen to serve chicken francaise, when she stopped and finished ngoching a piece of bread from the kitchen.
