Pronounced "no-toe", when someone attemps to pass a picture of someone else as themself on facebook or myspace. usualy doing something extreme such as skydiving,bear wrestling,gymnastics,fire breathing,flying,etc...
person 1 : "dude you see the picture of her skydiving!"
person 2: " no way, that aint her, she nhoto taged that pic!"
