1. A sexual act in which the male partner stands behind a spinning fan and ejaculates into it. The fan disperses and propels the ejaculate through the front of the fan and into the face of the receiving partner, covering their face and possibly blinding them momentarily.

A variant on the Nicaraguan Snowstorm is the Nicaraguan Blizzard, where more than one male ejaculates into the fan.
