What is Niemeyer?

A saracstic person, usually on the speech team who makes fun of kids in wheelchairs. He also is obsessed with candy thus resulting in obesity. In two words: fat bastard.
"Hey Daniel Niemeyer, what is happening?"
"I'm eating skittles."

"Hey Ian why don't you go up some stairs, oh wait you can't!"
