What is Nifer?

A workplace irritant, of the female gender: an impertinent and egomaniacal imp who delights in rubbing others the wrong way.
"Dang, the nifer done got me again--she's crafty!"

A woman who practices abstinence in the real world but acts slutty in cyberspace. Usually on forums.
She seems friendly but Ive talked with her online and she is really a nifer.
