What is Nigga Effect?

When one nigga has something (ex. chips) and another nigga sticks their had out asking u some then out of nowhere......a whole bunch of niggas come to you with their hand out asking for yo shit. like you giving away free samples. One nigga effects other niggas. It only happens if more than one nigga sees someone wit their hand out. It never fails.
boy 1: (sits in class has a pack of gum then takes out a piece for HIMSELF)
boy 2: (sees the gum and sticks his hand out implying that he wants a piece, thus triggering the Nigga Effect)
boy 1: (sighs and gives boy 2 a stick of gum, then the Nigga Effect has been activated)
(suddenly boys 3,4,5,6,7,8 and girls 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 all rush over to boy 1 with their hands out expecting some gum)
