The pains a white person feels when they really want to say the "N-word," but they are afraid to due to the close proximity of negroes.
Justin was singing along to his favorite Wu-Tang Clan song, when the time came to sing the N-word. As he looked around at his posse of white and black friends, he was immediately struck with acute nigga pains, and looked awkwardly to the ground, semi-mouthing the words he loved so dearly.
