a nigga (black person) who is a skater, or wants to be a skater and wears element, dc, etc because he either does not want to be in the gangsta type group, or he was rejected by the gangsta group. there are some niggas (like myself) who just doesn't fit in with all of that, and just likes to skate.

white skater #1: look mark, that black boy knows how to skate!

white skater #2: yea, i aint seen nothin like that! i thought that black people only hung out in ghetto type places, not skateparks! i guess there are nigga skaters after all
