Scraping the sides of an empty ice cream container to get a negligible amount of ice cream is called "nigga-dippin" the ice cream.
When one makes a purchase with a debit card knowing they have insufficient funds, that person is said to be "nigga-dippin" his or her bank account.
Smoking the fine grains left at the bottom of a bag of marijuana is called "nigga-dippin" the weed. The same term can apply to one who smokes an excessive amount of another's marijuana without offering his or her own.
