What is Niggaitis?

A cultural term used by African Americans to describe the sleepy feeling that comes from eating too much food.
I've got the niggaitis and need to take a nap now.
Mama Duke's cooking always give niggaitis.

The syndrome that may afflict certain people after they smoke weed. Sometimes, after smoking, one will feel tired and lazy, only wanting to sit around and do nothing. This phenomenon has been associated with the stereotypical black person, or nigga. May also be referred to in conversation as
"the itis"
Guy 1: "Dude, I'm so stoned right now. I can't even get up off my ass."
Guy 2 (to friend): "Look at him bro- niggaitis strikes again!"
