What is Niggalliance?

An alliance among Negro's. Generally speaking this will be a gang of some sort, as black people are incapable of civil agreements. Maybe other niggalliances that aren't gangs are happening in Africa, but since nobody has ever been there before, it is impossible to know for sure.
