a word deriving from nigga that is used to describe a blck person who dresses up in costume at an ammusment park. They are usaully crack heads or rock slingers that need a job on the side so they dress up as cartoon characters i.e. hephalump

T.J was a real big niggalumph after he took the job at Long John Silvers' amusement park in Daton Ohio. He needed money because he was illiterate and neede to raise funds for his grammer school education.
