1.A generic, negative epithet used to talk about a nonspecific (often nonexistant) person or event that was bad.
2.A random exclamation of excitement.
Niggatee is in no way related to the word nigger. It actually comes from the video game culture. Someone who had bad english kept trying to say, over Voice-Over-IP, negative, and it came out niggatee (Neegatiive!). At 2:00 in the morning, the rest of the players thought that this was funny and the word stuck.
