What is Niggaworks?

During 4th of July celebrations, when exuberant niggers want to make some noise but can't afford fireworks, they pull out their 9mm's and start shooting into the air. This has also been known to happen on or around June 19th for some reason.
NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH A NIGGER THAT WORKS as this is a much more rare phenomenon!
