When black people flip shopping carts on their sides to sit on while they wait for the bus.
Normally, you will find malt liquor bottles, McDonalds cartons, and candy wrappers littering the area where Nigger Benches are known to be found.
Most nigger benches began their life on the sidewalk being used as Mexican Strollers.
"I remember when this was a nice neighborhood, you didn't see all of the graffiti, the broke down cars, and the sidewalks weren't littered with nigger benches at every bus stop."
