1. To cut accross multiple lanes of traffic in one motion.
2. To stay in a lane that is closed ahead until the last second to avoid waiting in traffic that is backed up.
1. I was in the left lane and about to miss my exit, so I had to do a nigger cut.
2. The left lane was backed up for miles because of an accident in the right line, so I drove to the front and nigger cut everyone.
