What is Nigger Shuffle?

The act of a speed walk/jogging combination. This shuffle is intended to keep a vehical, usually a bus, from leaving without the nigger shuffler. This allows the shuffler to make the driver stop, but without actually having to do much work.
Hey look! Terrence is gonna miss the bus. Oh wait, he used the nigger shuffle.
