A measure of time in which one arrives 20-30 minutes late for an appointment or scheduled event.
"Hey John, you've been late to work every single day this week, what's the deal, man?"
"Yeah, I know. I've been operating on Nigger Time..."

An altered perception time attributed to the members of the African American community/drug dealers. Refers to the time discrepancy between the ordering of controlled substances and receiving of said controlled substances. Can range from two hours to three days. Nigger time never runs ahead of schedule; always behind. Often preceded by a promise to deliver controlled substances in a timely manner. The promise, inevitably, is never kept.
<Dealer>: Yeah mayne, I'll be there in 20.
(Two days later)
<Receiver>: Damn. This guy's running on nigger time.
