In Chicago, the niggetto starts off at Roosevelt street and continues down to Indiana. Mayor Daley Sr. originally had plans to wall off the ghetto. Today, housing projects are being deniggafied because Chicago may have a chance at the Olympic bid and niggers are offensive to all the human senses.
