In Chicago, the niggetto starts off at Roosevelt street and continues down to Indiana. Mayor Daley Sr. originally had plans to wall off the ghetto. Currently, the projects are being repaired and reorganized into expensive condominiums and hotels and the niggers moved to somewhere so far south that it is beyond the reach of the L.
