a person trying desperately to be down or cool with peers around by using the word "niggahs", every other word in a sentence. especially people from the suburbs or in rural areas away from the inner cities.
Joel: yo my niggahs want to go hang at walmart with our other niggahs from school, then us niggahs can go act like a bunch of hungry fool niggahs at the taco bell and bust some jokes like some crazy fool niggahs before us niggahs has to go back to to the crib like some tired ass niggahs?
Howie: Is that the only word that freak knows or is he just trying to impress?
