In DSS(digital satellite) testing, it is when you try to flash the bios in a FTAsatellite box such as a Pansat, and the bios fucks up you box, resulting in the box becoming unoperational, and the LED display on the front of the box doing nothing but flashing back and forth like the front of KITTfrom the TV show Knight Rider.

It can also be used for any situation that features lights that flash in a back and forth manner.

Damn, I got the wrong bios for my box and now its's Night ridering!
