What is Nigvitation?

an invitation, but not. can be used when you are trying to be nice by inviting
someone, but have no intention of really following through if they accept.
A girl invited me to meet up with her but when it came time to meet her she was nowhere to be seen or heard, I guess it was just a nigvitation.
