A slackjawed moron who self righteously complains and whines about "difficult" things. Usually puts itself in a position where complaint receiver can't point out nimwit's stupidity. (Client, Customer, dining guest, etc)
The nimwit pushed on the pull door, couldn't get into the building and complained to the manager about it.
