What is Nine Inch Nails?
1.
THE industrial rock band. All music written by Trent Reznor. Has some of the most penatrating lyrics of any music I've heard.
How could I
ever think
it's funny how
everything you swore would never change is different now.
like you said
you and me
make it through
didn't quite
fell apart
WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?

1. re: Trent Reznor (greatest musician ever)
Nine Inch Nails is Trent Reznor
3.
A very talented industrial music artist, probably responsible for making industrial as popular as it is today. And to whoever said, "Why don't you listen to real industrial like Skinny Puppy and KMFDM?", I just have one thing to say: why don't you listen to real real industrial like
I like NIN. I also like Skinny Puppy and Throbbing Gristle and Nurse With Wound.
4.
Industrial rock band formed in Ohio in 1988 by singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Michael Trent Renznor, who is the only permanent and principle member. he uses various backing bands on tours. NIN are a very good band.
Head Like A Hole, 10 Miles High and Big Come Down are my favourite songs. very good stuff.
5.
Extremely good "band" made up of one person, Trent Reznor. Usually, he takes a while to make new albums, but the wait is worth it. Known for Closer, the "fuck you like an animal" song. Also accused by elitists (people who hate any music that's played on the radio and/or isn't badass enough) of not being "real" industrial like Skinny Puppy. Albums at this point include (in order from 1989) Pretty Hate Machine, Broken (EP), The Downward Spiral, The Fragile, and With Teeth.
Lyrics-
and nothing can stop me now
there is nothing to fear
and everything i'd ever want
is inside of here
- sunspots (with teeth)
if i could start again
a million miles away
i would keep myself
i would find a way
- hurt (the downward spiral)
6.
The band which frontman
Trent Reznor has got to be the most talented, good-looking 40-year old ever. Nine Inch Nails is proof, piggies.

7.
Band that despite no longer being the centre of attention in the metal world, continue to rock, and rock well.
I am led to believe that Trent wrote the song "hurt", performed by Johnny Cash.
you let me violate you
you let me desecrate you
you let me penetrate you
you let me complicate you
