A child with special needs, although nothing can be diagnosed as wrong with the child those around him are fully aware that he is retarded, at first glance one may suspect that this is due to prolonged anal abuse from (his/her) (father/step father/uncle) but upon closer inspection it’s can be noted that even someone who has suffered at the forceful large cumbersome hands of a male relative trying to ejaculate in their anus could not be quite so retarded.
