What is No Head Shots?

A phrase which is said before a drunk brawl in which no contact is to be made to the head area. Contact to the head after no head shots has been called results in bloody shirts and much laughter.
Jeff called no head shots at least 37 times before he fought Mo and Mo's first hit was a punch to Jeff's nose. Hilarity and stained shirts followed.
