What is No Mac No?

A phrase used to deny the effectiveness of a joke, often just shortened to NOOOO! Refers to the various blown jokes of late 2002- early 2004 Of Brian MacMillan.
Jim: So I says to him, I says, Why are there so many Jews in Ireland?
Bob: Why?
Jim: I says, there aren't!! Hahahhah.
Bob: NO MAC NO!
