What is No-balls Kid?

A "male" who lacks gonads but at the same time is not a female. True to its name, the No-Balls Kid has an extremely high pitched voice due to its deficiencies. In addition, they tend to compensate for what they don't have by trying to act badass. However, this usually fails and they just end up looking even more like what they are.
???: Hey look at me guys! I'm the greatest effin' thing since.... who's the savior of Christianity again?
Avg Guy: Its Jesus, you douche.
???: Oh yeah whatever.
